The Great & The Good are working with a very modern creative agency.

The talented staff at this company are the brains behind beautiful TV campaigns but they are also savvy enough to know that the right answer for their client may be OOH, social, radio, digital, etc.

As the agency grows their London team, they are looking for an Account Director to work across a portfolio of consumer accounts. The role will take in leisure, drinks and FMCG brands with lots of scope to show your ability to work with different brand voices.

The Account Director role will work into a truly supportive Head of Account Management. This person loves to shape a career path around the person - developing you into the best version of yourself.

Who would be best suited?

The current agency team has a great blend of experience - some are from network shops, others from boutique creative agencies plus there are media and production specialists.

What makes a great Account Director for this agency is the ability to build trust with clients by developing a deep understanding of their needs.

You will also have nurtured the development of a team and have taken highly creative work from initial brief through to wash up.
