Packaging Account Directors, are you up for something a bit different?

You're currently a proven Account Director with a bias towards packaging and brand ID design. You're working for one of London's best-known agencies in that space. Why on earth would you move to Manchester?

The more obvious option would be stay in London but if you did, what would you be looking for from your next move?

At a guess, you'd want to still get to work with big name brands. Names that you'll see out in the wild in any supermarket and won't need to explain to your grandparents what they are. For clients that trust you implicitly.

And the work should be gorgeous. Work that of course wins awards but just as importantly work that you are genuinely proud to be part of.

What else? A collaborative team with an SLT that has a repeatedly shown their investment in the team?

New wins have meant this agency has had a load of hires over the last 18 months - many also coming from big-name agencies. But there is also a bunch of people who have had great careers with this company. Over the last decade+, they SLT has helped to nurture loads of careers and have loved to promote from within.

Now imagine you could get all that and afford to buy a house bigger than a garden shed. You would probably even get a garden shed.
