The Great & The Good are on the hunt for an Account Manager on behalf of one of London's best-known creative agencies.
Working with a much-loved retail brand, the agency has created a modern team structure which has removed all siloes. The Account Manager will therefore get to work across social media, CRM and CX, digital, etc.
The team is led by a Managing Partner who we've worked with for years. Completely committed to the team and has repeatedly been shown to be really collaborative. Somebody who loves to nurture people into the best versions of themselves.
Who would be best suited?
The team is made up of a mix of different specialists from within the agency but for this role they need an Account Manager who's coming from a CRM/customer experience background in a creative agency. You'll ideally also have a more integrated approach.
You'll be adept at working with highly reactive accounts (retail, telcos, etc) and have shown that you can build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
