Award-winning London creative agency seeks CRM-focused Account Manager for one of their largest clients.
The Great & The Good are working with one of London's most consistently awesome creative agencies. Their ability to produce award-winning work should go without saying. However, the agency is arguably more proud of their collaborative and nurturing culture and their commitment to employee development.
One of the agency's biggest clients is an integrated account spanning TV, social, CRM, digital and more. After another amazing year in 2021 (if anything the pandemic has made this brand more popular), the client has awarded more work to the agency and they need a proven CRM-specialist Account Manager.
Our client is happy to look at Account Managers at any level - whether you are a Senior Account Executive ready for the next step or a more proven Account Manager able to take on more responsibility for campaigns.
You should however have had experience of (and enjoyed!) working on CRM programmes within creative agencies. As an Account Manager, you will also be expected to have great relationship-building skills, keen financial savvy and a strong creative eye.
In the short term, the role is likely to be home-based. However, the agency is based in central London so there is also a need for somebody who can commute once restrictions are lifted.
