Following yet another account win (there have been a few this year), the agency is looking to hire a Business Director to work on a big name leisure account. The successful candidate will have lots to get their teeth into from day 1 with the development of a new brand platform.
As a multi-channel advertising agency, this London business is adept at forming fully thought-through comms campaigns created by an exceptionally talented bunch. This Business Director will be joining a collaborative team that strives for creative excellence backed by sharp strategic thinking.
You will work into one of the agency's key people whilst being supported by a very diligent Account Manager.
Who would be best suited?
This is a great first step into a Business Director role so would suit somebody either very recently promoted into that level or a Senior Account Director ready for the jump.
You'll be trusted to oversee the relationship with a very receptive client so a track record of quickly understanding clients' pain points and business strategies is crucial.
Experience of TV-led creative campaigns is an absolute must but you will also be able to see where other channels may be more effective.
