As a result, the London-based agency is full of some of the industry's sharpest minds - often people who have cut their teeth in network shops but have looked for a more personal culture where they can have more influence.

With 2021 having been a bumper year, one of the agency's biggest clients (a massive brand with some of the most memorable ad campaigns of the past few decades) has given the agency more work.

The focus is on social channels and the agency needs a Business Director who can take this account and run with it.

You'll be overseeing innovative social advertising campaigns which have helped to build a strong fanbase across a number of platforms - both long and short forms.

You'll be supported by a talented team of account handlers whilst the agency management team has frequently shown their commitment to building a collaborative culture which encourages team nurturing and development.

Who would be best suited?

The Great & The Good have been asked to find either a proven Business Director or a talented Senior Account Director who is ready for the next step. You will need to be comfortable running the relationship with a global brand and therefore be able to show the gravitas this requires.

A background in creating social media advertising should go without saying as should a proven ability to develop both your accounts and your team.
