Outstanding creative agency is seeking a Business Director to join their team and take a key role in the conception and delivery of outstanding campaigns for well known brands. This will be a particularly compelling opportunity for any Business Director with a background in social media & content channels.

The opportunity

To take a leadership position within a well known advertising agency. Our client is renowned for its creative work, as much as it is respected for it positive people-first culture.

As Business Director, your role will be to look after a £1m+ portfolio of clients (specific channels: social, content, pr, influencer) where you will have full remit to lead your portfolio in its entirety, and take responsibility for everything from team management to the P&L.

The brands under your wing all have an appetite for bold approaches to their social media, content, PR and influencer strategy, so there's plenty of scope to deliver effective work that you'll be super proud of.

You

• Currently operating at Business Director level (we are also happy to consider Senior / Group Account Directors who are keen for a move forward to BD)
• Solid team management experience and a positive working style with your colleagues in other departments (creative, strategy etc)
• Creative agency background with expert knowledge of social media and content
• Strong commercial acumen and a high comfort level leading client relationships, from BAU projects to new proposals

Reporting lines

This role sits on agency's SLT, and day-to-day you'll look after a capable and enthusiastic team of 8.

Location / working pattern

Beautiful and easily accessible office in Central London. Flexible policy, typically 3 days in the office / 2 days from home.
