The Great & The Good are working with one of central London's best known agencies to find a New Business & Marketing Director.

Following a hugely successful stint and a host of new wins, the current New Business Director is moving on to pastures new; leaving behind a solid agency proposition, a slick new business function (supported by an impressive cold-calling agency) and a talented Marketing Manager.

The role will be overseeing the nurturing of incoming prospects from initial interest to pitch requiring a proven track record of new business strategy.

This role would also suit an Account Director who is looking to take on more responsibility for new business as there is minimal need for cold-calling.

Experience of working with global accounts would be a distinct advantage as well as a track record of cultivating existing accounts (from the agency and the wider group) to unearth organic business growth.
