All you need is:
- A couple of year's experience gained from either a marketing agency or in-house brand team
- Some working knowledge of delivering integrated campaigns, and ideally with a dollop of CRM / CX / Loyalty
- Have a good grasp of what makes great account management and a belief in high standards
- Ambition to grow your career and deliver excellent, effective work
- A point of view about brands / strategy / creativity / consumer landscapes, twinned with pragmatism and excellent communication skills
