The role

Ultimately, you will take a key role in the creation and delivery of extremely effective CRM campaigns and CX strategy for a very famous global brand. This will involve:

• Working closely with Strategy, Creative, Production and external agency partners
• Reporting to an incredibly talented and supportive Business Director: together you will make a formidable team
• Taking an important role in building and managing the ongoing client relationship
• Overseeing finances
• Managing an Account Manager

You

• Senior Account Manager or Account Director
• CRM experience a must, as is passion for great creative
• All over the detail
• Ambitious for yourself and your clients
