The role
Ultimately, you will take a key role in the creation and delivery of extremely effective CRM campaigns and CX strategy for a very famous global brand. This will involve:
- Working closely with Strategy, Creative, Production and external agency partners
- Reporting to an incredibly talented and supportive Business Director: together you will make a formidable team
- Taking an important role in building and managing the ongoing client relationship
