The Great & The Good have been asked to find a future star. We are working with a highly successful creative agency with a huge focus on building their clients' brands.

Following a phenomenal 2020, this London agency is keen to take the next step in their development and is currently adding a senior tier to support the agency owners. One of these roles is to be the agency's first standalone Strategist.

You will be working with a number of UK and global brands all of whom have been attracted by the agency's commitment to creating a deep emotional connection with consumers.

The successful candidate will therefore have the chance to seriously flex their strategic muscles - much further than price- or product-led comms.

Who would be best suited?

This would be a great next step for a Strategist who has extensive experience within a creative agency of getting to the heart of a brand and developing sophisticated campaign insights.

As a key member of the agency's senior team, you also will need to have impeccable interpersonal skills allied to the gravitas to work closely with key client decision makers.
