• Help massive brands understand their GenZ audience, and formulate effective campaigns through the right channels
• Work with VC-backed start-ups to find brand voice and set-out their stall
• Head up the strategy department, drive thought leadership and take a large seat on the senior leadership team
• Manage and mentor a team of four (creative strategists, and insight & research) under your wing

You

• You're a very experienced Strategist,
• from a creative environment,
• who understands Brand at a very deep level,
• has demonstrable experience in youth brands,
• and brings deft ability building campaigns across GenZ channels.

Salary

In the region of £90kish, give or take. Share options a possibility.
