Independent advertising agency is looking to welcome a Studio Manager to their team, to run their busy design department.

We're looking for a friendly, firm and fair studio lead who will be:

• In their comfort zone overseeing a small team (4 or 5 designers and artworkers)

• Happy running weekly work flow processes for the studio including sign off procedures and overseeing QC

• Able to jump on the tools

Working closely with the Operations Director, Design Director and Creative Director, you'll take a key role in driving the very highest work leaving the studio before it goes live in the wild. You'll also be critical in building a supportive and strong team dynamic: as studio lead, you set the tone for the department and will be a 'go to' central person in the agency for all things studio.

You:

• Are probably an accomplished Designer by trade, who has moved into studio management. You're a natural at running work flow processes

• From an advertising, integrated creative or design & branding agency background

• Have a keen eye for detail and know what good looks like

• Enjoy mentoring and guiding the team to do the best work they can

• Genuinely enjoy taking a central role in a busy agency and absolutely enjoy your craft.
