Having worked around creative agencies for so long, The Great & The Good know a lot of people – some of whom are looking to bring a chunk of business with them.

We really appreciate the trust that these people are putting in us to find a home not just for them but for a client they have worked with (typically) for years. In these instances, we are therefore very careful about matching the agency not just with the person but also with the account.

A few years ago, we were able to introduce an agency we knew very well to a senior account handler who had a deep relationship with a healthcare brand. The upshot was the launch of the agency’s new healthcare offering which now accounts for a significant proportion of the annual revenue.
