She works with founders, CEOs and leadership teams to make hires that help businesses evolve, grow and stay commercially relevant. Alongside recruitment, Emma runs a technology business that widens access to live events and theatre for children, creating opportunities to build confidence, creativity and cultural capital from an early age. Emma has recently judged Campaign's Inspiring Women Awards, and has been recognised as a Local Hero for her contribution to local communities.
