Location: Excellent Central London location (zone 1). 3 days a week in the office, 2 days wfh.

Package: £50k - £55k DOE + 25 days holiday per year + Christmas shut down + ongoing professional development + friendly, creative agency environment

This is a commercially vital role —not just scheduling — where you'll be the central figure running resource allocation across the agency.

You must have:

• At least 3-5 years agency experience in Traffic/Resource Management.

• Expert process skills—you're the ultimate problem-solver and conflict resolver.

• Safe hands on resource software. This agency uses Float and Paprika.

• The ability to act as the team's "crystal ball" for future capacity planning.
